What makes RMHCCF so special is not only what we do, but the people we are able to do it with.
One of the amazing teams we have here is the lovely ladies of the Community Partnership and Programs team.
You can see this department in many different places: in the office discussing ways to make our families feel more at home, within the Houses taking care of our guest families, at a nearby college tabling event, or even connecting and hanging out with our volunteers.
I was able to sit down with the Community Partnerships and Programs team and was able to hear the contagious passion they have for RMHCCF, their mission, and why they love doing what they do.
Kaycee and Jorja, what is something you love about your roles in the organization?
I truly love bridging the Central Florida community to our organization. The families we serve, the services we provide, and the home we create, would not be possible without their support. Also, continuing the RMHCCF mission with this team is an honor.
As the Project Coordinator, I love being able to work with every single role within the organization. I get to see the strengths of each of my team members and see that when everyone does their part, the result is priceless and families lives are changed!
Shyanne, what is something that your role, as a Community Partnership and Programs Coordinator, taught you?
This position has taught me that every single person you meet is connected to RMH in some way. Whether it is through a personal shared experience or a common core value.
Katie, what is a treasured memory you have here at the Ronald McDonald House?
A treasured memory that I have from my time working here is when I was able to accompany one of our volunteers, Steve, when he was bringing our Hospitality Cart around to the different rooms at the hospital. It was so impactful seeing how happy it made the families and children staying in those rooms when they were picking out a snack or a game from the cart

So, Community Partnerships and Programs team, what makes your team so great?
I appreciate each team member and how dedicated they are to our families, volunteers, events, donors, and Houses. They truly make a unified difference and are willing to assist within every area of RMHCCF!
What makes our team great is everyone’s willingness to step in and help each other out. We are a very adaptable team and each time we are able to overcome obstacles together it makes me proud to be a part of the Community Partnerships & Programs Team.

Our team is the absolute best because of everyone’s willingness to step in anytime, anywhere, and at any place. Their passion, encouragement, and inspiration is the reason why I look forward to coming to work every single day.
